10–12 minutes drama. Theme: discipline, kindness, gadgets, respect, teamwork.

Characters

Principal, Teacher 1, Teacher 2, Student A, Student B, Student C, Student D, Peon / Support Staff, Narrator (optional).

Scene 1 – Morning Assembly

Narrator: In Sunrise Public School, the day looked normal, but it was not going to be normal at all.

(Students stand in assembly line.)

Principal: Good morning, students.

All: Good morning, Sir.

Principal: Today, instead of a long speech, you will experience a lesson. Teachers, please cooperate.

Scene 2 – In the Classroom

(A with feet on bench, B serious, C shy, D hiding mobile.)

A: Another boring day.

B: Remove your feet. This is not your bedroom.

D: (watching something on phone) Just one more reel.

Teacher 1: Good morning. A, sit properly. D, give me the phone.

D: Which phone, ma'am?

Teacher 1: The one shining in your hand like a tube light.

Teacher 1: You all think rules are to trouble you. Today you will see what happens when rules disappear.

Scene 3 – "No Rules" Experiment

Teacher 2: For the next fifteen minutes, there are no rules. No homework checking, no uniform checking, no discipline checking. Do whatever you want.

A: Freedom!

D: Mobile time!

(Noise, chaos, everyone talking, some standing on bench, loud video sound.)

Teacher 2: (claps loudly) Freeze. How did you feel?

A: Fun.

B: My head is already aching.

C: I wanted to disappear.

Teacher 2: Imagine a whole school without rules. Will you learn anything?

D: Just waste time.

B: We lost respect and time.

Scene 4 – Principal's Special Task

Principal: I watched everything. I am not angry; I am interested in what you learned.

A: Without rules, everything became noisy and useless.

D: I noticed I did not hear anything useful, only my phone.

C: I felt invisible.

B: We lost discipline.

Principal: Today this class becomes the "Change Makers Squad". You will plan:

1) One change for discipline.

2) One change for kindness.

3) One change for gadget control.

Scene 5 – Presenting the Ideas

Group 1 (Discipline):

B: A "Self-Discipline Chart" in every class. Students mark themselves: on time, homework done, uniform proper.

A: If we lie, we cheat ourselves.

Principal: Accepted.

Group 2 (Kindness):

C: A "Kindness Wall" outside the staff room. Anyone can write when they see a kind act.

Principal: Kindness becomes visible.

Group 3 (Gadgets):

D: "No Phone Zone" posters in school and at home a "1-hour rule": 30 minutes study, 30 minutes screen, not unlimited.

Teacher 1: Real change starts when you accept the problem.

Scene 6 – Respect for Support Staff

(Peon enters with notebooks.)

Principal: Thank you. You always help.
