🎯 Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Two-Track Selection System

  • Track 1 (CBT Only): Section Officer, Assistant Librarian, Librarian Grade-II, Assistant, Examiner, Office Subordinate — Final merit based entirely on CBT score.
  • Track 2 (CBT + Skill Test): Senior System Officer, Computer Operator, U.D. Stenographer, Stenographer, Typist, Copyist, Data Entry Operator — CBT is for screening only; final merit based solely on Skill Test performance. CBT marks are NOT added to Skill Test marks.

Fill Application Form (Part-B) Log in with your OTPR ID and fill in the post-specific application form. Use only one mobile number throughout the process. A unique application number will be issued for each post applied.

Upload Required Documents Upload scanned copies of: Date of Birth certificate, academic qualifications, caste/community certificate, non-creamy layer certificate (BC candidates), EWS certificate, PwBD/ESM certificates (if applicable), and NOC if currently employed in government service.

Choose Test Centre Preferences Select up to 3 preferred test centres from the available list. The High Court reserves the right to allot any centre. Change requests will not be entertained after submission.
