What the Circular Says

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has formally notified all Heads of Schools affiliated with the Board that the Sample Question Papers (SQPs) and accompanying Marking Schemes (MS) for Classes X and XII, for the current Academic Session 2026-27, are now available on the CBSE Academic website.

According to the notification, these sample papers are meant to give schools and teachers a broad template for ensuring uniformity and proper curriculum coverage. They also serve as a guide for classroom teaching and learning activities, with the Board reiterating its continued focus on promoting real-life application of concepts rather than rote learning.
