1. What is an Adjective?
An adjective is a word that describes or gives more information about a noun or pronoun.
2. Position of Adjectives
a) Attributive (before noun)
Examples: a tall boy, three red roses, my old bicycle
b) Predicative (after linking verb)
Examples: The sky is blue. She seems happy. The food tastes delicious.
c) Postpositive (immediately after noun – high-weightage in exams)
Examples: the president elect, something strange, the people involved
3. Degrees of Comparison

Golden Rules (Never break in exams)
- Never use double comparative/superlative → ❌ more better, ❌ most tallest
- Unique things don’t take degree → ❌ most unique, ❌ more perfect
- elder/eldest → only for family
- fewer (countable) / less (uncountable)
